I am the Executive Director of the Region 8 Education Service Center in Fort Wayne, IN serving over 40 public and private school districts in NE Indiana. In that capacity, I am on the Executive Board of the Education Service Centers Risk Funding Trust (ESCRFT), a consortium of over 60 school districts across the state in a self-insured trust. Also, I am a Ph.D. student at Indiana Tech studying Global Leadership.
